Amazon will unveil a hotly anticipated sale on Wednesday, July 15, and Walmart has jumped on board with a rival online sale as well. Shoppers can take advantage of big sales from Target and Levi's right now too. They're all among the best bargains we could find this week:

Amazon's Prime Day Sale Is Coming
The biggest news in retail this week undoubtedly comes from Amazon, as the world's largest e-retailer launches the first ever "Prime Day" on July 15, in honor of the company's 20th anniversary. Amazon has claimed that the sale will rival Black Friday for deals, both in volume and quality, though it must be noted that these deals are available only to subscribers of Amazon's Prime service. (Amazon points out anyone can participate at no extra expense by signing up for a free 30-day trial of Prime, which will cost $99 per year if the trial period ends and the subscriber doesn't cancel.)

As for the quality of the deals, we're exercising some healthy skepticism until they go live. Still, two early previews show great potential. Amazon is hinting that there will be a Chromebook for $199 and a name-brand 32" Smart TV for under $200, the latter of which would almost certainly be an all-time low price. Keep in mind, however, that this sale will only last for one day, and the deals will be short-lived and released every few minutes throughout the day.

Walmart Announces Sale to Rival Prime Day
As per usual, when Amazon does something flashy, its competitors respond. Walmart will also unveil a sale this Wednesday, featuring more than 2,000 "rollbacks" as well as a lower free shipping minimum of $35, rather than the usual $50. The latter promotion will last for at least 30 days, but further details about the sale have yet to come. Typically during the holidays, Walmart and Amazon continuously price match each other online, so if something goes on sale at Amazon during Prime Day, there's a very good chance we'll see a similar discount spring up over at Walmart, too. And vice versa.

Rare Coupon on Kids Clothes at Target
Not to be outdone by Walmart and Amazon, Target is currently offering its own eye-popping sale. The retailer takes up to 65% off a selection of kids clothes and shoes, as well as an extra 20% off via coupon code "EXTRA20." It's not everyday that we see online coupons at Target that are this flexible, and rarely do they discount by this much, making this an exceptional deal. This offer ends July 18.

Time to Save on Sunglasses
Smart shoppers know that summer items tend to go on sale as the season progresses, and luckily Sunglass Hut is getting the promotions started earlier than usual. The store slashes an extra 70% off outlet styles from Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Ray-Ban, and more during its Blowout Sale. (Scroll down and click "Summer Blowout Sale" to see this offer; prices are as marked.) Plus, coupon code "SHIP715" bags free 2-day shipping, so you'll get your shades in time to wear for a weekend getaway.

You Can Never Have Too Much Denim
If you're someone who wears jeans almost every day of the week, then it's never a bad investment to stock up on denim. Take advantage of this End of Season sale at Levi's while the brand cuts an extra 50% off via coupon code "50SUMMER." That's easily the best discount we've seen from Levi's all year. Deal ends July 15.
