Las Vegas is about getting even boozier.
Taco Bell announced Tuesday the opening of its latest Cantina restaurant on the Vegas strip this fall.
The 24-hour restaurant will serve up beer and twisted freezes – bright blue and green frozen drinks that can be mixed with rum, tequila or vodka – along with a tapas style taco menu.
The new Cantina joins two other branches that opened up in Chicago and San Francisco last year. Vegas will now become their flagship store, sprawling across two floors, with a large outside dining area directly across from the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
The chain’s move away from drive thrus is part of an expansion into urban markets. Taco Bell says Atlanta, New York and Boston could be next in line.
If you don’t fancy a taco but still want an adult beverage with your fast food, head to BK Whopper Bar, Chipotle or Shake Shack, which also sell alcohol.
