The Golden Globes—the messiest, most insignificant, and most fun of the awards shows—are Sunday, and there are plenty of inexpensive (or free) ways to get your fill of Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling accepting their awards.
Red Carpet Live kicks off at 6 p.m. Eastern on E!, while the "Arrival Special," which will include winner predictions and behind-the-scenes scoops, begins at 7 p.m. on NBC. This writer suggests sticking with the red carpet show to see how many times Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic offend, embarrass, or have an awkward encounter with the celebrities they're interviewing.
The show itself begins at 8 p.m. on NBC with host Jimmy Fallon. The easiest way to watch NBC is on Sling TV, a streaming service that offers the channel in some markets (for more info check out its website). You can snag a seven-day free trial if you're a new customer. If you're not, check out DirecTV Now, a $35-per-month service that also offers a free week of TV viewing. You can also catch E!'s coverage on both services. If that doesn't work, the Golden Globes' official red carpet coverage will be live-streamed on Twitter.
