Held on February 6 annually, National Frozen Yogurt Day is one of many fake holidays that fill the calendar and feature free food and other great deals. And if today's "holiday" means free froyo at TCBY, Menchies, and other frozen yogurt chains, who really cares if the promotional day was just made up out of the blue by some marketing team?

TCBY

All TCBY customers get their first six ounces of frozen yogurt free on Wednesday for National Frozen Yogurt Day 2019.

Menchies

One Wednesday, February 6, at Menchie's, when you buy one frozen yogurt, you'll get a second frozen yogurt of equal or lesser value for free.

Yogurtland

From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, you can get a free frozen yogurt at Yogurtland when you buy one at regular price. Yogurtland's two new flavors featured in the deal incorporate Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Hershey's Heath Bar candies.

Yogurtology

The Florida-based frozen yogurt chain Yogurtology, with over a dozen locations in the Sunshine State, is giving all customers the first six ounce of frozen yogurt free on Wednesday, February 6.

Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

SweetFrog did not disclose its National Frozen Yogurt Day deal in advance, but did encourage customers to sign up with its loyalty program to get a special members-only offer on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
