Amazon Prime Day 2018 has deals galore on everything from blue jeans to Bluetooth speakers, but some of the biggest standouts are the rock-bottom prices on high-end and name-brand kitchen essentials.
And yes, that includes a big discount from Amazon one of Instant Pot’s incredibly popular multi-cookers. Amazon also has some great deals on Vitamix, Keurig and other big brand names in kitchen and cookware. We’ve gathered the best of the bunch below.
•Instant Pot DUO60: $58.99 This awesome and crazy-popular (it’s got almost 28,000 reviews!) six-quart, seven-in-one multicooker was marked 35% off for Prime Day. The much-loved Instant Pot can perform seven different cooking functions: Use it as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté pan, yogurt maker and warmer.
For Amazon Prime Day 2017, for instance, the slightly larger DUO80 (eight quarts, versus six) was priced at $90, or $40 off the regular price, so less than $60 for the DUO60 was a great deal — if you managed to snag it before it sold out Tuesday morning.
That’s a huge bummer, but we did some virtual sleuthing and dug up a few other good Prime Day Instant Pot deals: Target is running a big one-day sale of 25% off kitchenware, and it has the six-quart Instant Pot LUX model available for just $59.99. (You have to put the item in your cart to see the 25% off discount reflected.)
Now, the LUX is an older model; it doesn’t have the yogurt-making capability of the DUO line, but Target has it bundled with some handy accessories, and you can choose from two fun colors: Navy blue or bright red. Amazon also has the LUX in stock in regular black for $79. Target’s one-day 25%-off discount also brings the price of Amazon’s sold-out Prime Day Instant Pot, the DUO60, down to $74.96 — still a decent price for this versatile gadget.
•Cuisinart Countertop Appliances: There are Prime Day discounts of 35% off or better on countertop appliances including a heavy-duty hand blender to a food processor in brushed chrome (finally, a food processor that’s nice enough to leave out on the counter!) to a fancy Belgian waffle-maker that makes two waffles at the same time.
•Anova Culinary A2.2-120V-US Sous Vide Cooker: $74.99 This Bluetooth-enabled immersion circulator, normally $149, is a pro chef favorite: It takes the guesswork out of cooking by heating foods to a precisely regulated, even temperature.
•Philips HD9220/28 Viva Airfryer: $99.99 Here’s a deal for your wallet and your waistline: This 2.75-quart device, usually $177.99, lets you cut the amount of oil you use when you cook by up to 80%.
•Vitamix 64-oz. 5200 Blender: $297.95 This professional-grade, self-cleaning blender in black is 46% off.
•Ninja BL610 72-oz. Blender: $49.99 The 1000-watt base on this workhorse of a blender can handle ice and frozen fruit for all of your summertime smoothie- and slushie-making needs. Better yet is the 44% Prime Day discount.
•Keurig K-Cafe Single-Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker + Milk Frother: $107.99 The problem with regular coffeemakers is you have to fiddle around with it before you’ve had your daily dose of caffeine. Simplify your morning with the push of a button. This Keurig model in charcoal is now 40% off.
