Amazon Prime members will get a slew of discounts at all Whole Foods stores across the country starting on Wednesday, June 27, with big discounts on hundreds of products, 10% off sale items and other perks like free two-hour delivery.

The savings, available for members of the $119-a-year Amazon Prime, are rolling out nationwide after Whole Foods introduced the perk at a number of stores earlier this year.

The deals for Prime members will change from week to week, including anything from $5 off per pound of baby back pork ribs to 25% off bulk items like nuts and dried fruit, as Whole Foods advertised in an announcement Monday. Blue signs around the store will indicate what items are for sale, and the Whole Foods Market app will also show available discounts and deals.

There are a few ways Prime members can ensure they get the deals at check-out. Customers can download the Whole Foods Market App, sign in with their Amazon accounts and scan a QR code on the app at the register. They can also provide the phone number associated with their Amazon account at check-out.

Since acquiring Whole Foods in 2017, Amazon has gained influence in the grocery store market and used the popular chain to provide benefits for loyal customers. Amazon Prime members who have the Prime Visa rewards card also get 5% cash back when they use their cards to purchase Whole Foods items, and Amazon now delivers Whole Foods groceries to Prime customers for free through the company's Prime Now delivery service.

In April, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos — now the richest person in the world — announced the company had over 100 million Prime members. With added perks comes an added cost, however. For the first time in several years, Amazon recently raised the price of its popular Prime service from $99 to $119 a year, jumping around 20%. Outside of Whole Foods perks, the Prime service includes a number of other benefits, including free two-day shipping on many products, free same-day delivery on some items, access to Prime Video streaming, unlimited photo storage, a discounted Washington Post subscription, and more.
