The [power couple](https://time.com/4802554/jay-z-beyonce-relationship-timeline/) is renting a 16,107 square-foot estate in Malibu, Calif. following the birth of their newborn twins. The whole family, which also includes the twins's big sister Blue Ivy, has already moved into the 10-bedroom, 14-bathroom home for $400,000 a month, [according to Trulia](https://www.trulia.com/blog/celebrity-homes/beyonce-jay-z-malibu-rental/). The property is listed for $54.5 million and located on the celebrity-filled Malibu coastline. While it is likely only a temporary spot for the family, the property includes a gourmet kitchen, full gym, movie theater, wine cellar and kid-friendly wading pool. It also has a guest house and tennis courts. But the most alluring amenity for the couple is privacy — it is a gated residence. The notoriously private couple [welcomed](https://time.com/4800193/beyonce-jay-z-twins-birth/) their twins earlier this month, but has yet to make any public announcement about the birth or reveal their names. They are still searching for a permanent home in Los Angeles, according to Trulia.
