Attention bagel fans: There's a super easy way to get three free bagels today.

To celebrate its 35th birthday, Bruegger's Bagels is giving away three free bagels on Thursday to every customer who registers and agrees to receive emails from the company. The giveaway is valid from the time Bruegger's stores open until 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 1.

The offer is good for any style of bagels at participating Bruegger's locations nationwide. You'll have to pay extra for cream cheese or other spreads, if you want them. But you can also order your free bagels without any extras and take them home to prepare however you please.

If all you want is your free bagels and would rather not be spammed with email marketing messages from Bruegger's, that's simple enough to accomplish. Just enter an email address, take advantage of the bagel freebie on Thursday, and then unsubscribe from Bruegger's emails. The Bruegger's promotion notes: "You may ask to stop receiving emails from us at any time."
