With low unemployment, good schools, and affordable housing, this small suburb of Green Bay offers an attractive mix of family resources. Howard’s high school graduation rates are well above area averages, crime rates are extremely low, and the average commute is a quick 17 minutes.

Recreational activities are abundant, with 22 separate parks covering 900 acres. The Akzo Nobel Sports Complex features four lighted softball diamonds, 10 soccer fields, and an 18-hole disc golf course. Golfers can take advantage of the nine-hole Village Green Golf Course—whose clubhouse restaurant is also known for its weekly Friday Night Fish Fry.
