Google's price comparison site showed that other retailers offer lower prices on Amazon's site for about 60% of the online retailer's bestsellers, [Re/code reported](http://www.recode.net/2016/11/27/13736860/amazon-prices-not-best-always). It's a timely reminder to shop around, since millions of Americans will do their holiday shopping on Amazon Prime. Walmart, for instance, is making a big play to try to undercut Amazon's prices. The superstore was beating Amazon on 20% of top-selling toys that both retailers were selling, and it matched its price on an additional 35% of products. What's more, Jet.com—also owned by Walmart—offers better prices on 46% of bestselling toys sold on both sites. If you are in the market for some Amazon products, though, here are some of the site's best deals for Cyber Monday: - [Amazon Echo](http://amzn.to/2gM45sH) for $139.99 (usually $179.99) - [Amazon Tap](http://amzn.to/2g6GZMb) for only $89.99 (usually $129.99) - [Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote](http://amzn.to/2gM137x) for $29.99 (usually $39.99) - [Fire tablet](http://amzn.to/2gM3Iyd) for $33.33 (usually $49.99) - [Fire HD 8 tablet](http://amzn.to/2gv75Fj) for $59.99 (usually $89.99) - [Kindle](http://amzn.to/2gv5aR4) for $49.99 (usually $79.99) - [Kindle Paperwhite](http://amzn.to/2g6IOc1) for $99.99 (usually $119.99) And here are some deals on non-Amazon products sold on the site: - [Samsung Curved 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV](http://amzn.to/2gv4Z8C) for $1,597.99 (usually $1,967.96) - [Microsoft Surface Book](http://amzn.to/2gv6W51) (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) for $1,249 (usually $1,499) - [Microsoft Surface Book](http://amzn.to/2guXnGC) (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD) for $1,499 (usually $1,899) ```json { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@graph": [ { "@type": "BreadcrumbList", "@id": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/#breadcrumb", "itemListElement": [ { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 1, "name": "Home", "item": "https://money.com" }, { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 2, "name": "Shopping", "item": "https://money.com/shopping/" }, { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 3, "name": "Cyber Monday", "item": "https://money.com/cyber-monday/" }, { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 4, "name": "Amazon Doesn't Always Have The Best Prices for Holiday Shopping" } ] }, { "@type": "WebSite", "@id": "https://money.com/#website", "url": "https://money.com", "name": "Money", "publisher": { "@id": "https://money.com/#organization" } }, { "@type": "WebPage", "@id": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/#webpage", "url": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/", "name": "Amazon Doesn't Always Have The Best Prices for Holiday Shopping", "isPartOf": { "@id": "https://money.com/#website" }, "datePublished": "2016-11-28T16:48:01.000Z", "mainEntity": { "@id": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/" }, "inLanguage": "en-US", "breadcrumb": { "@id": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/#breadcrumb" }, "dateModified": "2024-04-17T04:39:54.000Z" }, { "@type": "Article", "headline": "Amazon Doesn't Always Have The Best Prices for Holiday Shopping", "articleSection": "Shopping", "image": [ { "@type": "ImageObject", "url": "https://img.money.com/2016/11/gettyimages-486282013.jpg", "width": 4000, "height": 2662, "caption": "Amazon.com Illustrations Ahead Of Earnings Figures" } ], "author": [ { "@type": "Person", "name": "Kerry Close", "url": "https://money.com/author/kerry-close/", "@id": "https://money.com/author/kerry-close/#author", "sameAs": [ "https://x.com/kerryclose" ] } ], "publisher": "https://money.com/#organization", "datePublished": "2016-11-28T16:48:01.000Z", "description": "For Cyber Monday shoppers, an analysis finds that 60% of Amazon's bestsellers can be found cheaper from other stores.", "abstract": "For Cyber Monday shoppers, an analysis finds that 60% of Amazon's bestsellers can be found cheaper from other stores.", "@id": "https://money.com/cyber-monday-2016-amazon-deals/", "inLanguage": "en-US", "dateModified": "2024-04-17T04:39:54.000Z", "wordCount": 245, "keywords": [ "Amazon", "Amazon Prime", "onetime", "online shopping" ], "about": [ { "@type": "Thing", "name": "Shopping", "sameAs": [ "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shopping" ] }, { "@type": "Thing", "name": "Cyber Monday", "sameAs": [ "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyber_Monday" ] } ] } ] } ```
