Delta has partnered with Lyft to give customers a new way to earn miles for its SkyMiles rewards program.

Users will earn one mile for every dollar they spend through Lyft, not including taxes, tolls, tips or fees. SkyMiles is offering three miles for every dollar spent on trips to and from airports for a limited time, and new Lyft riders with SkyMiles accounts will get two $10 ride credits. All Lyft rides qualify and people can earn unlimited miles through the program, according to a release from Delta.

“We’re thinking about our customers’ whole travel experience and it’s important that Delta customers are taken care of not just in the air, but on the ground,” said Delta’s Vice President of Customer Engagement and Loyalty Sandeep Dube. “We want Delta customers to choose the brands that they love throughout their journey, and be rewarded for it because they are SkyMiles members. That’s why we’re excited we’ve found a good fit with Lyft.”
