As the demand for work-life balance grows, offices across the country are answering the call with more telecommuting, freelance, and flexible schedule options, according to a new report from FlexJobs.

The workplace ecosystem is changing, CEO Sara Sutton Fell says in the report, with flexibility on the rise. The company says roughly 80% of U.S. employers now offer flexible work arrangements -- defined as professional-level jobs with a telecommuting, flexible schedule, part-time, or freelance component.

In an analysis of listings that have appeared on FlexJobs.com over the last three years, the website identified the companies posting the most jobs with flexible work arrangements. Here are the top five -- including two placement companies that may be posting jobs for other employers -- with a few examples of openings they're currently hiring for:
