Taco fans rejoice, because Taco Bell is giving away a free taco to everyone in America (who wants to come and get it).

As you crunch into your free Doritos Locos taco from Taco Bell, you can give thanks to the Golden State Warriors and their superstar, the unanimous NBA MVP this year, Stephen Curry.

The event is part of Taco Bell’s “Steal a Game, Steal a Taco” promotion. The fast food chain has promised that every time a team in the NBA finals wins an away game—or “steals a game”—it will give away a free taco to everyone in America. Curry’s Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in Cleveland in game 4 on June 10.

That’s why on June 21, between 2pm and 6pm at participating locations, Taco Bell is giving away a free Doritos Locos taco to all who want one.

And yes, you can pick your favorite Doritos Locos flavor: Fiery Doritos, Cool Ranch, or original Nacho Cheese.

Even though the Cavaliers won game 5 in Oakland on Monday night, to stay alive in the NBA finals series, that doesn't mean fans get yet another free taco day, as the rules only allow for the June 21st date. You can check this website to keep updated on the Steal a Game, Steal a Taco promotion.
