A modern Encino mansion whose infinity pool set the stage for an opulent party in the 2016 musical comedy *La La Land* is on the market for $6.45 million. The Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone flick may have been the home's breakout role, but that's not the only time it has appeared on screen. The mansion is also featured in such shows as *Modern Family*, *NCIS: LA* and *Ballers*, among other television spots, according to a feature on [Realtor.com](https://www.realtor.com/news/unique-homes/la-la-land-house-encino/). According to [Mansion Global](https://www.mansionglobal.com/articles/california-home-featured-in-la-la-land-headed-to-the-market-201546), the home was built by a construction company in 2012. While it was meant to sell like any other house, those plans changed when the home "started getting the business opportunities,” shortly afterwards, the home's listing agents told Mansion Global, and has "never technically been lived in." In addition to its famous pool, limestone patio and indoor-outdoor space built for entertaining, the 9,200-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms, an indoor theater, an elevator and a chef's kitchen, according to its listing.
