Meryl Streep's Manhattan penthouse of more than a decade is for sale, but the elegant condo won't come cheap. The four-bedroom abode, located in New York City's pricy Tribeca neighborhood, is on the market for $24.6 million, or just over $6,200 per square foot.

The actress and her husband, Don Gummer, closed on the penthouse for $10.13 million in 2006, according to Curbed, who first sighted the condo listing. The prospective sale comes eight months after Streep purchased a $3.6 million midcentury home in Pasadena, California.

For $24.6 million, the future owners of Streep's Tribeca penthouse will receive 3,944 square feet of loft-like space. The floor plan includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a wraparound terrace with clear views of the Hudson River.
