The prospective sale comes eight months after Streep [purchased a $3.6 million midcentury home](https://la.curbed.com/2017/12/13/16774754/meryl-streep-house-pasadena-midcentury-modern) in Pasadena, California. For $24.6 million, the future owners of Streep's Tribeca penthouse will receive 3,944 square feet of loft-like space.
