Free bowling is up for grabs today at bowling alleys nationwide, thanks to the arrival of the annual National Bowling Day celebration.

National Bowling Day takes place every year on the second Saturday in August — so, August 10 in 2019. As in previous years, you can bowl for free at participating bowling alleys all over the country.

In some cases, the free bowling deals are available not just today, but throughout the entire month of August. Check out all the details below.

Where to Find Free Bowling Deals

Bowlero

For National Bowling Day 2019, Bowlero has a great deal: You can bowl two games for free on Saturday, August 10, when you sign up for the Bowlero MVB Rewards program. FYI, Bowlero owns the bowling alley chains AMF, Bowlmor Lanes, and Brunswick Zone, in addition to its flagship Bowlero locations.

Head to GoBowling.com to get a coupon valid for a free game of bowling at participating bowling alleys around the country. The coupon gets you a free game for any day starting on National Bowling Day (August 10) through the end of August 2019.

KidsBowlFree.com

Register your child with the Kids Bowl Free program, and they'll be able to get two free games of bowling every day throughout the summer of 2019 at participating bowling alleys all over the country. In general, kids ages 15 and under are eligible for the Kids Bowl Free deal.

Pinstripes

When you go bowling at Pinstripes on Saturday, August 10, or Sunday, August 11, you'll receive a card good for two hours of bowling at Pinstripes for free on a future visit. This weekend, Pinstripes is also picking one family per location to win free bowling for a year.
