And the award-winning singer is also leaving her longtime New York City rental apartment. Listed at $16.95 million, the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse is located in Lower Manhattan, between New York's SoHo, TriBeCa and Nolita neighborhoods. Rihanna had lived there since 2013, according to the [New York *Post*](https://nypost.com/2017/10/26/rihanna-may-ditch-her-50000-a-month-nyc-penthouse/). The expansive condo boats a combined 7,000 square-feet of total living space, which includes indoor and outdoor spaces that span two floors, according to [Town Residential](http://www.townresidential.com/eng/sales/detail/567-l-568-151069/129-lafayette-street-ph-a-little-italy-new-york-ny-10013), which holds the listing for the property. Accessible with a key-locked elevator, residents enter the apartment through the top floor where they will find a grand living room with 13-foot ceilings, massive windows and wood floors. The top level also includes a "modern chef's kitchen," complete with "top-of-the-line appliances," as well as a private, landscaped terrace. The lower level, which can be accessed through the steel-and-wood floating staircase, includes the private bedrooms and bathrooms. The ensuite master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a 6-foot tub and glass-enclosed double shower, according to Town Residential. While Rihanna has been renting the apartment, celebrity fashion photographer Antoine Verglas owns it and originally bought it for $6.1 million in 2005, according to the [New York *Post*](https://nypost.com/2017/10/26/rihanna-may-ditch-her-50000-a-month-nyc-penthouse/).
