Robert Herjavec, self-made millionaire in the world of cyber security and star of ABC's reality show "[Shark Tank](http://abc.go.com/shows/shark-tank)" -- where he and panel of millionaire and billionaire "sharks" take chances on companies looking for an investment -- offers small business owners a few tips on how to improve their business.

He shares, for example, that on his new web series "[Small Business Revolution](http://smallbusinessrevolution.org/)," small business owners refuse to do their finances. As Robert points out, a business will sink without the proper accounting work getting done.
