Coming in at number 60 on Money's list of [*Best Colleges of 2016*](https://money.com/best-colleges/) is University of North Carolina School of the Arts, the nation's first state-supported arts conservatory. Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, UNCSA offers five different courses of study: dance, design and production, drama, filmmaking, and music. The school provide a high-quality arts education (alumni, who often return to UNCSA to teach, include Paul Tazewell, who [won a Tony](http://www.instyle.com/news/hamilton-costume-designer-paul-tazewell-wins-tony-award) award for costume design for *Hamilton*). And the school provides that education at a relatively low price: The one-year cost of attendance for in-state students receiving financial aid amounts to $17,200, Money estimates.
