For an upcoming story, Money is looking for workplace success stories and advice from people who have moved up the corporate ladder, boosted their salary and enjoy what they do. What's been the key to your career success? Recruiting powerful mentors? Sharp negotiating skills? Did you move into the management ranks or jump to a new organization to land a big bump up in your salary? We want to know how you manage your career and what others can learn from your experiences.

The ideal person is mid-career and can share specific strategies that lead to a promotion, new job and/or significant increase in salary. We do NOT have to include the name of your company.
