Just 20 minutes away from Nashville, Smyrna offers a sweet combination of economic opportunity, easy commutes, proximity to Nashville attractions (like Music Row and Titans games), low property tax bills, and family-friendly amenities.

The town is home to a Nissan car manufacturing plant, which has boosted the local economy since the 1980s; Moody’s Analytics predicts the area will continue to add jobs at a brisk rate through 2021.

The town has hundreds of acres of parkland, as well as multiple baseball and soccer fields. Residents can hike and play golf in Sharp Springs Park, and canoe, kayak, or fish on Stewart Creek. Smyrna parks often host outdoor movies in summer, and other seasonal celebrations throughout the year. —Gabriela Fernandez
