TCPA Agreement

In addition to the Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use, the terms below are an agreement between you and Money Group, LLC ("Money.com"):

By sharing my information, I am providing express written consent for Money.com to share my information with its Partners including, but not limited to, mortgage lenders and brokers, insurance companies, insurance agents and brokers, and other providers of consumer financial products.

I acknowledge that Money.com is neither making a recommendation of the products offered by these Partners nor endorsing these products. I consent and agree that these Partners, Money.com, and other authorized service providers may contact me with marketing and other messages at the telephone number I have provided, including contact through automatic dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice messaging, and SMS/MMS (charges may apply), even if my telephone number is listed on a Federal, State, or other jurisdiction Do-Not-Call list. I understand that my consent is not required as a condition to using Money.com services. I also certify that the number I provided is my own phone number.

I agree that Money.com can share my personal data with third parties, such as partners, service providers and other affiliates; and that Money.com can use this data for marketing and analytics, and to make my experience easier.
