CNN's chief business correspondent Christine Romans, author of the new book Smart is the New Rich: Money Guide for Millennials, talks about the best financial advice she got from her father. She also talks about the advice she gives to millennials: Invest while you're young. "I take the young people at work right over, sit down on the computer, log on, sign in to the 401(k) and push them to really give until it almost hurts," Romans says. She says most have thanked her after a few years because they couldn't believe how quickly they were building wealth.
