After October 21, 2015, every part of Back to the Future is in the past, but that doesn't mean companies aren't using the opportunity to market their products. Pepsi launched a Pepsi Perfect in a BttF stunt, and Toyota got Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox to star in a commercial about their new hydrogen fuel cell car, the Mirai. DeLorean Motor Company is still selling cars, but they aren't making new ones. A couple of companies have tried to make a hoverboard, but there hasn't been one you can ride anywhere yet—let alone on water.
