Money.com Readers’ Choice Award 2026 – Survey Gift Card Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of Adcetera Design Studios, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Money Group, LLC, and their respective affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters.

2. How to Enter

To enter, complete the Survey in full during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (as defined below). Each fully completed Survey constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person; multiple, automated, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve chances of winning.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 01, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Entry Period are not eligible.

4. Prizes

Three (3) digital gift card(s) (the “Prize(s)”), each with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). Each Prize will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner within fourteen (14) days after the winner is confirmed. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and any expenses not expressly stated herein.

5. Winners List

For the name(s) of the winner(s), available after the winner(s) are confirmed, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address set forth in the Sponsor section below, to be received no later than December 31, 2026.

6. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, a winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before the Prize is awarded, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for any Prize with a value at or above the applicable reporting threshold.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries and notified by the Sponsor by email within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes Entry Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

8. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored, operated, and administered solely by Adcetera Design Studios, Inc., 1490 Research Forest Dr, Shenandoah, Texas 77381 (“Sponsor”). Money Group, LLC is not a sponsor, operator, or administrator of the Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor, Money Group, LLC, and their respective affiliates and agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”), are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, lost, late, or incomplete entries, or any injury or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties’ total liability will not exceed the ARV of the Prize awarded.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting responses and information through the Survey (collectively, the “Survey Responses”), each entrant grants Money Group, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Survey Responses, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed. As between the entrant, the Sponsor, and Money Group, LLC, Money Group, LLC owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Survey and the compiled Survey Responses, including all intellectual property rights therein, and each entrant assigns to Money Group, LLC any such rights the entrant may have therein. Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant consents to the Sponsor’s and Money Group, LLC’s use of the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or approval.

11. Privacy
The Sponsor collects participant information solely to administer the Sweepstakes and processes it in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. In accordance with the agreement between the Sponsor and Money Group, LLC, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor will transfer all Survey Responses to Money Group, LLC, which owns such Survey Responses and will process all participant information and Survey Responses in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. By entering, each entrant consents, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the collection, transfer, and processing of such information as described herein and to receive communications regarding the Sweepstakes.

12. Modification or Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

14. Force Majeure

Neither the Sponsor nor Money Group, LLC is responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and select winners from eligible entries received before such action.

15. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, all disputes will be resolved individually, without any class action, and any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorneys’ fees.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
