Aaron Wald is an accomplished sales leader and executive with a proven track record of driving growth and scaling revenue across diverse industries. A native of Seattle, Washington, Aaron earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where his entrepreneurial spirit began to take shape. After college, Aaron co-founded a moving business in Boulder while simultaneously contributing to the growth of MocaPay, an innovative mobile payments startup.

Aaron’s career then took him to New York City, where he led Operations and Sales at The Lab, a cutting-edge creative agency. There, he demonstrated his ability to align operational efficiency with strategic sales initiatives, driving YoY Rev growth.

In a pivotal leadership role at Kaltura (NASDAQ: KLTR), a leading software, marketing, and video platform, Aaron spearheaded Sales and Customer Success operations. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in propelling the company toward significant growth milestones, culminating in an IPO shortly after his departure.

Since January 2019, Aaron has served as the head of Sales at MG, overseeing all revenue-generating activities and managing a robust network of 1,000+ partners. Under his leadership, the team has exceeded revenue targets, strengthened partner relationships, and positioned MG as a leader in its space.

When Aaron is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, giving back, staying healthy, coaching his kids soccer team, and exploring new places locally and abroad.
