Will The Big Bang Theory's Penny and Leonard get married on the season premiere? Viewers will find out Monday night, September 21.

But let's say they do say, "I do." The first thing Penny and Leonard need to do is sit down and talk about their finances as a couple. They should review their retirement contributions (if any), budget their expenses, create an emergency fund, and plan for their future. Starting finance conversations as a couple isn't fun, but there are ways to make it more doable. Make it a game: Go into separate rooms, write down what you think you're spending, and then compare your answers.
