LOS ANGELES - AUGUST 28: "Choke Hold" -- The Secretary of the Navy assigns the NCIS team to a joint terrorism task force after a Naval research scientist is murdered and the lead suspect is wanted by the Russian government. In order to get a jump on the case, Gibbs has DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) run interference with the leader of the task force, FBI Agent Leia Pendergast, on NCIS, Tuesday, Oct. 14 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. NCIS's Tony DiNozzo, played by Michael Weatherly, grew up in a wealthy background. DiNozzo has a spending problem, which is a problem because he earns a government salary and never really learned how to live within his means. We recommend he create a budget based on how much he actually earns. He should allocate a certain amount of money for rent, car payments, and health insurance, and save some to create an emergency fund. He should also think about investing so that his money grows into the future.
