Emma Johnson, who runs the website [Wealthy Single Mommy](http://www.wealthysinglemommy.com), wants to remind single mothers that she believes they can thrive financially. Johnson talks about how the social landscape that single mothers live in now is much more welcoming than it once was. There are career and financial opportunities for single moms. They just need to go out and grab them.

Johnson wants single moms to build a great life for themselves and for their children. She also wants them to not hold themselves back because they wonder whether a particular career move is right for them "as a single mom." Her advice: Show your kids that you have a good life because that's the best thing you can give them in the end.
