Ryan Serhant, one of the brokers on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York, represents the Walker House in New York's TriBeCa neighborhood. Serhant calls TriBeCa the "mullet of New York:" It's business in the morning and party at night.
This Walker House unit, going for $7 million, is one of the most tech-friendly condos in New York City, according to Serhant. Bang & Olufsen television and speakers – that come down from the ceiling – are included in the unit, windows automatically close if it starts to rain or snow, and there is a floating bathtub in the master bath.
