Tech Glitches Are Ruining Amazon Prime Day

It's Prime Day, and thousands of people are combing through Amazon for the best deals on things like kitchen equipment, tech products, and clothes and accessories. But for some, technical difficulties are ruining the Prime Day experience.

Many customers have complained on Twitter that they can't add Prime Day deals to their cart, or check out. Others are complaining about a slow Amazon app.

i4u News wrote that the 'add to cart' issues started around 8 a.m. Amazon has posted on Twitter and Facebook that it is working to resolve the issue, but customers are not happy.

"Not even getting to checkout since nothing will add to cart," wrote Deena Mann Muller on Facebook. "So now we've lost out on hours of sales gone already. What a waste of time this has been. I've missed most of my watched items."
