A good way to see the world on a budget is to take advantage of any [business trips](https://money.com/best-travel-insurance/) that you may have to take for your employer. Millennial money expert [Stefanie O'Connell](https://stefanieoconnell.com/) suggests taking a few personal days after the business portion has ended and seeing the city your career has brought you to. You're already there, you may as well do a little sightseeing. The important thing to keep in mind is that your employer will not pay your expenses. Once you are off the clock, you are on your own dime.
