Actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are leaving their Brooklyn townhouse behind — but not without making some money.

The married couple purchased the Park Slope abode in late 2015 for $6 million, and has now listed it for $8 million after renovating the French Renaissance Revival-style home built in 1909. In one of New York's most expensive neighborhoods, the 5,200-square foot, four-story townhouse has seven bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, according to Trulia.

The limestone townhouse has crown moldings, leaded stain glass windows and floor to ceiling windows that, paired with the white walls, make for a bright and sun-drenched living space. Located near Brooklyn's Prospect Park, the home has luxurious amenities like a glass entryway, radiated heated floors, a chef's kitchen and motorized shades to ensure privacy. The master suite also has its own floor, with a bathroom with marble sinks, walk-in closet and second-story terrace.

Krasinski and Blunt moved to Brooklyn after relocating from Los Angeles. Krasinski became well-known for his role on The Office, and Blunt has starred in films like The Girl on the Train and The Devil Wears Prada. The duo is now filming a movie together called A Quiet Place, which they both are starring in and Krasinski is directing.

The reason they're leaving their Brooklyn townhouse? Their constant traveling. "We've been nomads for a while now, but that's the nature of the business," Krasinski told the Wall Street Journal. "The house is so special — someone who can spend every night there should have it."

The listing is held by Karen and Kyle Talbott of Corcoran Group Real Estate.
