Wayne “Butch” Gilliam and Mike “Rooster” McConaughey of NBC’s hit reality show West Texas Investors Club sat down with Money to share some of the most important money lessons that these two self-made millionaires have learned along the way. Last week, they gave advice to Money about how to be in control of your own money. Today, they have advice for owners of small businesses. One of their sage pieces of advice: Do what you love to do.

West Texas Investors Club airs Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. Eastern/Pacific time on CNBC.
