Well, it's today: Monday, February 18, 2019, is a federal holiday colloquially known as Presidents' Day. As such, many American workers have the day off for the holiday, and most schools and banks are closed, as is the post office. For the most part, banks are closed today for Presidents' Day 2019. Also, take note that Presidents' Day weekend and the week that follows are particularly busy times for people to file taxes.
